Suggest Treatment For Spasmodic Pain In Chest

I am 31 years old 163 cm tall and 51KG.
i am having spasmodic pain in my chest,
it feels like " quick squeezing" and is irregular but probably a couple of times every couple of minutes , it has been going on for 2 days, the pain is probably a 2 out of 10 for severity, each time it happens i feel I need to catch my breath. otherwise I feel absolutely fine.

Here cardiac causes has to be ruled out first...

Your work up should be done as follow ....
-Auscultation
-EKG
-CBC with HB estimation
-Chest x ray if needed
-echocardiography if needed
-Blood pressure measurement
-Tread mill

According to cause further specific treatment given

Excess stress sometime can lead pain.... So avoid stress...

You should consult pulmonologoist or cardiologist for examination and further work up
