Suggest Treatment For Spermatocele

I have a spermatocele that occured after I had an Open Retropubic Prostatectomy to correct an enlarged prostate. I hand the spermatocele drained every six months for the last seven years. Is there a simple procedure that could correct the spernatocele?

1.it do not require any surgery.
2.taking analgesics is enough.
3.it wont cause any major problems.
4.kindly consult with your surgeon for further opinion.
