Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis In The Neck

I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis in my neck, plus a pinched nerve. I am being controlled with exercise, tramidol and tylenol, but I still suffer from mild to severe pain and soreness in the neck, which at times moves up the back of my head, causing a headache. What do you see in my future for managing my pain?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I think you have taken the right initial first steps which you must continue for at least some months. If the symptoms do not improve first it must be stabilized whether they are mostly related to the pinched nerve or spinal stenosis.

Judging by your description the pinched nerve is the most likely culprit.

In that case the next step are local injections with corticosteroids and analgesics under imaging guidance. If that doesn't work either the last resort is surgery to relieve nerve compression I am afraid.
