I have been diagnosed in the past few months as having spinal stenosis of the lower back and issues with L4/L5. I am now starting to experience some tingling on the top of my right foot at times. More in the morning or after sitting. No pain, just a tingling sensation when I arch my foot inward. Could this be related to my stenosis?
Your symptoms are not typical of spinal canal stenosis. Instead, they could indicate a possible pinched nerve or tarsal tunnel syndrome. For this reason, I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study to examine the nerves of your lower limbs. You should discuss with your doctor on the above test. Hope you will find this answer helpful!
