Suggest Treatment For Splotchy Red Skin Areas After Bath

I noticed my 2 year daughter has some splochy red skin areas on her back after I bathed her. During the middle of the night I noticed that this has spread to arms and chest. She does not show signs of irriation nor has she been itchy, seems to be her normal self. Wondering what could be causing this?
