Hello I av spots on my back n my face,as a result of the spots on my back,can t wear clothes exposing my back,pla I need u to prescribe any means which wil easily n quickly clear my skin,am currently using a clearasil bathn lemon fresh cream mixed wit tribact A,n I wanna maintain a light chocolate complexion(american complexion) Th,cox am looking forward to your reply

The spots that you are talking about seem to be freckles. The use of sunscreen is essential for for any treatment to work. In addition, avoid excessive sun exposure. Also use a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone which your dermatologist is going to prescribe.
