stomach cancer i did surgery recived cheimo and radio therapy after 3 month i did pet scan they found small spots in liver again start cheimo but they stoped they told that after pet scan there is more spots and some places are unmarkable

You need to undergo FNAC from liver spots as chemotherapy may also cause some liver changes. It might be metastasis also.
