Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Delay In Periods

Goo day to all Physicians! I have a very important question. But first im going to summarize what happen between me and my gf. My gf and i tried to have our first sex *i do not have condoms* , first i fingered her really fast and i tried to penetrate her vagina but i struggled. I believe only *5mm of my penis went through, most likely just the tip of the penis ,wjere the urine passes through* or tbh just the tip and i hardly can consider that as penetration......then my gf told me to stop what we are doing and ofc i respect her so we stopped. I continued to pleasure my self in the bathroom. This happened last july 27. 5 days after, my gf started spotting brown discharge. She admitted that this wasnt the first time she had spotting. And during the event that we had sex, she was almost 2 months late on her period. Until now, august 8. She still dont have period. My gf and her mother has a conditjon which both of them are irregular on periofds. My gf went 4 months without period last year. Her mother too went 7 months without period. Now for me, 2 days before we had sex woth my gf, i mastirbated and obviously i did pee a lot for that past 2 days. So im cofident that my precum is all but dead sperm. Now my today the spotiing of my gf stopped. My question is that, is my gf pregnant? Or is she just experiencing abnormal menstruation condition that she and her mother has?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The mild spotting with delayed periods can happen due to implantation bleeding or a hormonal disturbance.

I hope this information has been helpful for you.
