Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In Foot
I have been having sharp stabbing pain of varying levels of pain in my left pad of my foot just behind my toes it will come and go through the day not sure what to expect happens when wearing different shoes aswell. I work landscaping and am on my feet most of the day

Hi,
Avoid running, jumping for about 7 days.
Take declofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Always wear sports shoes while walking.
Do stretching exercises for leg and foot as uploaded on youtube.
