Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In Temple Region Radiating To Shoulder

Hello. I am a 22 year old female. I'm about 5'2 and 147 lbs. I have had 3's pregnancies. The only medical problems I have had has been a tonsillectomy, iron deficiency anemia, chronic sinus infections and chronic bronchitis. For as long as I can remember at random times under no certain circumstances I will get this sharp stabbing pain from my left temple to my left shoulder. It is very painful. It will last from a few seconds to a few minutes. Idon't really have control of my body as it does it. I can't seem to do anything when it happens. I always grab my head and put my temple to my shoulder.
