Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Abdomen During Menstruation

I had my period 2weeks ago, but had slight bleed sat ( fresh blood) day after brown with clot, had left side intermittent stabbing pain with abdominal pain when walking, feeling ill, with no energy and every time I bend I get pain in the lower part of my stomach but pregnancy test is neg, should I be concerned?

Hello

It might be congestive dysmenorrhea. You can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done to rule out conditions like fibroids which can also cause similar symptoms. As of now you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid (meftal) for symptomatic relief.
