Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Arm

My upper right arm feels like it has been punched. No lumps in arms that I can feel. Movement is limited also. Stabbing pain when I use right arm to reach across to touch left shoulder. Nightly Charlie horse in area. Also feel stabs when lifting anything more than the remote. This has been going n for 3 months. I right handed so possible re injure?

I dont know how old you are or your past medical history which would have a bearing on the answer. Most pain in this location is referred from the shoulder joint. A careful examination of your shoulder would identify the cause of the pain which could then be treated.
