Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Chest

i am 27 weeks pregnant i have lots of sharp chest pain in the middle of my chest sharp stabbing like pains mainly when i breath in and sometimes will continue through my right arm into my back this has been hapenening since before i got pregnant so its not a new problem , from my research it seems to be pleuritis and my question is .... if it is pleuritis or some other chest problem is it safe to have a c section with a chest issue? keep in mind i have had pnemonia twice in three years and several resperitory infections

I completely understand ur problem
pleuritis means inflammation in the pleura, that can cause pain definitely but if its pleuritis may be associated with effusion also, cause has to be figured out. pleuritis can be caused by tb, pneumonia and many other causes. as u r in third trimester of ur pregnancy u can have a chest xray done after discussing with ur obg .
rest and best u can do now is having tablet paracetamol 500 for pain.
