Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Groin Area

I am having sharp stabbing pains in my left groin area, spreading up to my spleen, and radiating into my back. (Left side only) I have recently had a colonoscopy and found nothing more than a bad case of diverticulosis. I have had 10 surgeries, 9 in the abdominal area. I have an Inguinal hernia in the groin, a hiatal hernia in the upper stomach, and a ton of scar tissue. This could be kidney stones, or maybe the inguinal hernia is trying to strangulate, or it could be something else altogether. It is extremely painful and debilitating. In the last year I have developed this same infection four times. That is why my doctor had me get a colonoscopy. When the pain hits, I sweat profusely. I am tired all the time. Usually antibiotics ease the symptoms for a time, but then the infection reoccurs.

What I'd like to know better in your last pain situation is the temperature and the toilet frequency (changes if they are). None from your past and actual heath problems, nor all together are dangerous thank God, but an abdominal ultrasound would be the examen of choice. Then we can contact again.
