Suggest Treatment For Stage4 Glioma

Hello all Craniotomy was done to my father on 23 Nov 2011. Total visible tumor was removed which of size 2.5*2.6 cms, Now he was stable and was fit as earlier. But histopathlogy report confirms as grade 4 glioma.Hence we were advised to go for radiation therapy. What to do now please? My father s age was 64

Gliomas are malignantl tumours of brain and even if there is gross total removal radiation and chemotherapy aremust to prevent or delay recurrence hence plz go ahead wth complete treatment
