Suggest Treatment For Stiff Legs And Delayed Milestones In A Child

i have 2 cchildren, one is 2 and the other is 7 months, the 2year old has been diagnosed with developmental delay. she is not walking or speaking as of yet and her legs are very stiff and i have noticed my 7 month old babies legs are stiff and he is not rolling over as of yet or sitting up

I can understand your concerns.
If such a child is brought to my clinic I would like to go for neuro imaging MRI to look for the cause of spasticity and developmental delay. Especially when there is a history in the other sibling.
I would suggest you see a paediatric neurologist for the diagnosis. Also both the children should be put on appropriate developmental therapy.
