Hello Doctor. I have been having a stiff neck since Saturday. Woke up with it Sat morn, did hot water towel treatment all day and was feeling perfect by Sat eve. But Sunday early morning again work up with pain and stiff neck. Have been doing the hotwater towel treatment at home since then. The mobility is back, but there is still some pain on the right where the neck joins the back. Is it normal for the pain to be there for 5 days? Thanks. Jagdeep Kaur.
