Now after 3 months of slow deaddiction ,under doctors prescription , she is using Lithocent CR 450 and Mirnite Meltab 15 mg (1/2) only in night. She is suffering from trouble sleep and trouble breath and her vertebral column or spinal cord and ribs is getting stiff at night. Is there any solution for this. Please suggest. Thankyou sir. Regards, Priyanka.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern. I would like to explain that her symptoms could be related to chronic degenerations of the vertebral column.
To relieve her symptoms, I would recommend starting gabapentine or pregabaline. These drugs can help reduce chronic back pain and also regulate her sleep.
Melatonine taken regularly is also really helpful for a good sleep. I would also advise take an orthopedic mattress.
Hope you will find this answer helpful! Kind regards, Dr. Aida
