Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
sir my father age 55 what diseas i dont no he was legs was very tight slow blood circulation both hands and legs bones was very tight he was walking in slowly i was consult in so many neurology doctors but no result the disease was came last year i was using tablets but no result please give any help
from the complaints it appears a case of bradykinesia, a generalised slwoness of movements. A detailed history and proper examination is however warranted for any confirmed diagnosis. I would need to know if he Is also having resting tremors in hands, dufficulty in walking, is his gait is robotic, etc if yes it points towards a Parkinson's disease. Is he on any medications like antipsychotic or even anti depressant, to rule out any drug induced cause. Has he had an head injury in past? Is he on anti hypertensive meds? these are some imp points needs to be clarified, before any certain diagnosis is made. I suggest get an MRI brain done, consult a neurologist. let me know the results. thanks,
welcome for further consultation. stay healthy
