Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Neck, Headache And Drowsiness

hi my fiance is very ill she has these symptoms sick stiff neck lifeless in and owt of drowseyness hot but freezing paled skined and also her legs just dont wont to work she carnt eat withowt feeling sick and she is also getting a frobbing head ache my 5 year old daughter is the same just withowt the head ache they seem to be fine in the day but 3 or maybe 4 oclock they both turn for the worst please can u tell me wot i need to do
