Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache Post Colonoscopy Test

I have got colonoscopy done yesterday. Today I am having motions and stomach ache feeling lethargic. What should I do kindly suggest? I have called that doctor who had done colonoscopy for me but he was not there and his assistant doctor suggested me to have Providac Capsules from Zydus two at once. Kindly suggest?

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

You had colonoscopy done yesterday which is somewhat minor procedure.

But still many time have some minor problems like abdominal pain or motions which you are also facing since today.

But don't worry about that. You will be ok within short time.

You can take over the counter pain killers and antispasmodics like hyoscine and diclofenac with providac capsules.You will be fine within 1 or 2 days.

In case problem persists even after symptomatic medications then you should see your treating gastro-physician.
