Suggest Treatment For Stomach And Diarrhoea

Hi doc, im in the philippines and i have these symptoms 3 days ago stomach disconfort and consequently dhiarrea followed by fever . took imodium and paracetamol and fever 2days after is gone and dhiarrea as well... now im left with a stiff neck pain (at the base of neck) and i sweat at times from the forehead... little headache is also present.. what can it be?

It seems you had diarrhea which might be viral in nature. Viral diarrhea are usually self limiting. Your neck stiffness and headach could be due to dehydration (excess pottasium loss).you can have coconut water or banana which are rich in pottasium. Take plenty of water. Avoid spicy and citrus food. Do daily exercise and take healthy diet. If symptoms persisits see your family physician
