Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Urinary Incontinence

My 23 year old daughter has symptoms of a bloated stomach, more on one side than another, constantly has a full feeling and uncomfortable with occasional periods of urgency to pee. She is a very healthy eater and has gone through all the dietry things that this could be like gluten, wheat etc eliminating these from her diet.

Dear- thanks for using our service. Abdominal bloating could be secondary to increased gas due to food like broccoli, cauliflower, carbonated drinks and alcohol. She should control these foods in the diet, eat healthy and drink more water. The urgency to urinate could be due to a bladder spasm or problems with the contraction of the urethral orifice. I recommend her to see an urologist for further diagnose with a pelvic ultrasound, on which can see the urine residual volume and the bladder structure.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
