hi, i am ranjan rashmi chand from odisha. i have diabetes from 1994. in 2000 a doctor diagnosed my problem as pancreacitis and operated my pancreas to remove calculies as doctor done. then onwards ibecame insuline dependent and afterthat every day i had stomachache. doctors keep me on saline and make stomach empty and after give pain killer

Dear what about your CT abdomen shows?? If it is calcified pancreas you may need to oral enzymes supplementation.
If your alcoholic means need to avoid it perminetly. Avoid fatty diet and smoking.
Eat low soft diet and follow your treating doctor orders.
If you have any pseudocyst, abscess, fistula or infection please get treated it first.
If symptoms not improved please consult your Gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
