Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Blood In Stool

I have been having issues with bowel movements. If and when I do go poop I bleed. Not just a few drops in the water but covering the wipe I used. My stomach at time hurts for pressure to be put on it. What could be wrong? Is it something to be concerned with

Bleeding per rectum is matter of concerns and require evaluation. It has many causes like infection, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcer, or polyp. So I will suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist for evaluation who may advise you for colonoscopy examiantion.
