Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Blood In The Vomit
I thought I might have a hietal hernia but antacids dont help. It is a pain in my upper stomach and it feels like it is rising up my chest toward my throat. I can sip on water and it helps a little bit. I can make myself throw up and it helps but sometimes there is a little blood in it. I may have an ulcer. But wouldnt antacids help an ulcer? They don't seem to help me at all.
The given history could be suggestive of GERD (Gastroesophagus reflux disease) which can not be get rid of with antacid but it has to be treated with tablet Omeprazole with tablet Domperidome. These medicines for sure will subside the symptoms of upper stomach pain and symptoms of reflux of acid in throat region. Avoid taking heavy meal, spicy meal, avoid taking coffee, and alcohol prior to bed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
