Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of suffering from diarrhea 5-6 times a day and pain in stomach for the last 2 months. Stool and blood tests are normal and you have been prescribed Rifaxim Ibscim, Ibset and husk powder. The condition is still the same, Doctor refused for ultrasonography. Your history is suggestive of the fact that you need a Specialist's opinion that is of a Gastroenterologist, further investigations of CT scan of the abdomen, Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy. If all these investigations are normal then only one can say this is to be IBS, means irritable bowel syndrome. You will have to insist on these or take a second opinion of another Gastroenterologist. I think you are taking the correct treatment provided the report are normal, if there are any specific findings you will be treated accordingly.
