Abdominal pain and diarrhoea could be here due to acute gastroenteritis or viral gastroenteritis etc. You should undergo routine blood count,electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen to rule out infection. You will require short course of antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.
