Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Urge To Pass Bowel Movement

I have pain in my stomach and lower abdominal and ever once in a while a pain shoots down my groin it almost feels like i did a bunch of sit ups and pulled somthing but i have not. Its a feel like i might be sick and that i have to make a bowl movemnt when i dont. Iv had a kidney stone befor its not as intense a pain more of an irritating cramping pain.

You have problem of irritable bowel syndrom. In irritable bowel syndrom stomach pain and bloting sensation occurs.
Repeatedly urge to toilet.Constipation relieved by diahorrea.
More mucus in stool may present.

long standing position may cause anemia.
Abdominal ultrasound is normal in irritable bowel syndrom.

sometime gastrointestinal infection may cause abdominal cramps.
Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
