Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain In A Child
Hi, My kid is not having proper diet for one week. He is now 2.5yr old. Had once vomiting a week back after that he stopped taking the food. He is feeling vomiting sensation just after having 2-3 feeds and start crying if we force him to eat. He is now slightly having cold and mild cough. Some times he cries in mid-night saying leg pain or stomach pain. Please suggest. Thanks.

By what you say I feel that this stomach pain may be induced by severe coughing because of the stretching and contraction of abdominal muscles.
The other possibility is that it could be because of worm infestation which you can treat with over-the-counter available tablet Albendazole 400mg 1 today and another dose after 10 days.
