dear sir i have problem in my stomch since 2 days i feel sweet light pain in right and some time in left side also vometing and gas problem from last two days i want to know is their any chances of apendics how many days it takes to fully acknowledge that the pain is from apendics

appendicitis pain initial will be around belly button later on pain migrates to right lower quadrant of abdomen... along with pain you will have fever,vomiting... so i dont think you have acute appendicitis... you may be having acute gastritis or gi infection...
