Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic

I have read your problem and understand your concern, for your stomach pain which is most likely due to acid reflux disease I would suggest following measures:

1.Drink plenty of water

2.Avoid oily foodstuffs, caffeine containing products like tea, coffee and aerated drinks.

3.Have light meals at shorter intervals than having heavy meals at long intervals.

4.Fix the timings of your meals especially have food early in the night atleast 1-2 hours before you sleep.Do regular exercise.

5.Quit smoking, alcohol if you consume it

6.I usually advice my patients antacids like tab.pantoprazole empty stomach in the morning before meal to decrease the acid levels.

Coming to your next query about snoring which can be due to multiple reasons like nasal obstruction, narrowing of throat passage, obesity, alcohol and smoking habits, abnormal sleep position, etc.

For this I suggest my patients for regular exercise to reduce weight, sleep on a side and not on the back, quit alcohol, smoking, finally limited use of nasal decongestants which relieve nasal obstruction..But if you are frequently awakened due to difficulty to breathe along with snoring I suggest you to consult a nearby ENT specialist to avoid further physical and psychological problems due to lack of sleep.

Kindly rate my answer if you find it useful.Feel free to ask any further any queries.Take care.

Dr.Tushar Tamboli
