For the last couple of days I've been getting these weird feelings in my stomach. They're like these little pinching type feelings. They seem to happen all over my stomach and it's like almost like a stinging feeling and lasts for a second, if that. They don't hurt too much. It feels like an ant is biting me there or something. I've also been getting these little fluttery/twitchy feelings all over my stomach. I also sometimes get this pulsing feeling along with the stinging feeling. I've also had an occassional dull backache. I've also had this bloated feeling in my stomach

Your stomach problems of feeling of fluttering, like ants biting or sometimes stinging feeling along with bloating of the abdomen is suggestive that you may be suffering from intestinal infection in the sub-clinical form.
I would advise you to get the stool tested for routine, microscopy, occult blood, mucus, culture and sensitivity.
Blood for Widal for Typhoid, blood culture and routine CBC and sugar.
Urine - routine and microscopy.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen
Get a 5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and you may be fine. Investigations and an opinion of a Gastroenterologist will be necessary only if the medicines fail to give you relief.
