Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Fainting Sensation

I have been having an upset stomach, feel like I could faint if on my feet very long, plus on Monday I slept until I had to get ready for work (around 1pm) and even slept Sunday night. I thought I was feeling better but still cant stand but a few minutes and upset stomach.

please tell if you have fever if there is fever then please start taking antibiotics at the earliest if you have no allergies i would suggest you to take tab ciplox tz twice a day for 5 days and please hydrate yourself adequately with water juices or ors solution
