Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset
Hi, for the last three days I have had really upset stomach. Like it s churning and I constantly feel like I m either going to throw up or get diarrhoea but I haven t. I sometimes feel okay whilst eating but if I stop I feel really sick again. I also haven t been able to poo for the last two days, pleases help

it could be due to gastritis ..take pantoprazole once a day woth empty stomach ..and add curd in ur diet plan..
