I am a 65 yo woman in good health. I just had a sudden onset of cross eyedness. It lasted a out 20 seconds. Should I make an appointment to see a medical dr or eye dr? It kind of freaked me out. I m not on any meds, exercise regularly etc. just had my blood pressure checked. 120/72.
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having sudden onset of strabismus. Since you are aged 65 years this needs to be evaluated to rule out neurological causes like paresis or paralysis of the nerves which supply the extraocular muscles. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this is helpful to you. Thank you
