General & Family Physician, Dr. Amarnath's Response
welcome to hcm, voice changes can occur on continuous usage of inhalers. You are recommended to have mouth wash ever time you use your inhaler. the better is to wash your mouth with salt water. You must not discontinue the treatment. you have to do Pranayama or breathing exercises in the mornings. you can reduce the dosage of your inhalers if you do pranayama breathing exercises. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
