Suggest Treatment For Strange Lumps In The Anus

Hello, i am an 18 year old, healthy and active male, with a pressing question. I noticed the other day while wiping after a bowel movement that there were strange lumps. i decided to investigate and found a hemorrhoid. Now, it isn't that i am worried about. It's that after a bowel movement, it feels as if my anus is, looser i suppose. and that it's partially inside out. I am worried about a potential anal prolapse due to an aggravated hemorrhoid. I have looked, after cleaning up immediately after a bowel movement in the mirror, and purposely strained slightly, to note any tell tale signs of it, but i can't be sure. As far as i can observe there is no sign. My question is, can a hemorrhoid, or more than one, given the possibilty, cause the sensation i am feeling, and how at risk am i to develop an anal prolapse? the hemorrhoid is only visible for a short time after my bowel movements, (It is as far as i can tell an inner hemorrhoid). I also feel damp, or wet there during the day at times. I have had no complications with incontinence, or controlling my urge to go, and no pain during a bowel movement. Am i over worrying, or is it a realistic concern? Please reply asap and thank you so much.

General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it is most probably a hemorrhoid. if it is painful, bleeding and you cannot manually reduce it anymore, it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon for medical and physical examination. further diagnostic evaluation and management (medical or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
