Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat

i have strep throat says my doctor as i have several white spots on my left tonsil, and i have the symptoms of strep. However my back left gums near my wizdom tooth and cheeck tissue is very swollen and it pusses near the tooth when i apply pressure. it hurts when i swallow as my gums and cheek have to move, and i dont really have a sore throat.. all of the pain is coming from the gums and cheek surrounding my back tooth. Is there something else wrong with me? or is it just apart of strep?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
There could be streptococcus throat infection with gingivitis.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Local anesthetic based gargles.
4) Maintain good oral and dental hygiene
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
