Last week I went to my primary care Dr. because the left side of my tonsils was hurting my Dr. treated me for first signs of a cold. Gave me some amoxicillin and a nasal decongestant although I was not congested.After a few days I felt better so I stopped taking my medication. This weekend I had to go to the ER because I was in so much pain not only was it so painful to swallow it still feels like I have something stuck in my throat my ears feel sore and hurt as well. I was told I have strep throat but it hasn t gone away and I am taking Ketorolac
Use tablet cefpodoxime with clavulinic acid 200/125 twice a day for five days. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Deink hot water only. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
