Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat

hi doctor , good morning
i am rajeev from lucknow
i have strep throat problem
i am unable to sollow anything even water
i recently taken CEFOLAC XL 200 TAB -BD x 7 days
but no relief
will u pls tell me what problen exactly i have and what drug should i take???

I really appreciate your concern if the throat condition is due to the allergic one then antibiotic won work here, in my opinion it is better to try some antihistamine with some general care, and that include the "Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, salt water gargling stop speaking loudly or better have voice rest, stop eating oily, stop cold drink, no smoking, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
