I am really sorry about your loss and this is really painful. You are just 19 and have developed symptoms like depressive mood, loss of confidence, poor performance in studies, poor social life etc. Such symptoms are commonly seen after the loss of some close one. This is called normal grief reaction. Usually the symptoms last for less than 6 months. If symptoms persist beyond that time there is need to consult a psychiatrist for treatment. There is need for anti-depressant treatment. Medicines like Sertraline, Paroxetine will help to reduce the grief and will improve mood. For short time anti-anxiety drugs will also help. These medicines are prescription medicines and need prescription of a psychiatrist.
Thanks, hope this helps you
