Suggest Treatment For Stretch Marks And Pigmentation Over Body

I m a skin problem walking! , I have all the embarrasing skin problems you can think of and this has destroyed my self esteem , I don t even wanna get married because of that. I have stretch marks almost all over my body, dark areas, cellulite, my hair follicles get blocked under skin, I have dry skin and gets alot worse in winter. Please help.

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the stretch marks and pigmentation over body. After analyzing the query I can get that you are really quite stressed regarding the stretch marks and pigmentation over body.
In my patients with your kind of condition I generally suggest to use Tretinoin and glycolic acid based creams. These are one of the best creams and can be sued for pigmentation problem also. For spots or other pigmentation I generally prescribe Kojic acid cream to be applied at night time. I prescribe anti-oxidant tablets in your kind of cases. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
