Suggest Treatment For Strong Fatigue, Increasing Palpitations And Secondary Total Neck Pain While Having Heart Failure
Hi. S/P aortic valve replacement in 2010, now with heart failure. For past week have had strong fatigue, increasing palpitations; secondary total neck pain. Do you have a clue if this is anything to be concerned about? I m medically sophisticated.
The fatigue, increasing palpitations could be related to heart failure aggravation.bFor this reason, I recommend consulting with your cardiologist for a physical exam, a new cardiac ultrasound and checking NT pro BNP plasma levels. You may need to optimize your current therapy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
