Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Ears

I woke up from a nap yesterday afternoon, and I noticed both of my ears were feeling clogged like there was water in my ears. I had some dizziness associated with it, but today my left ear feels fine and my right ear feels clogged with a low ringing like if I were hearing through a stethoscope. The dizziness has subdued for the most part but I can barely hear from my right ear now. What can this be, and will it go away? Just to let you know I live in the Northeast and we have had subzero temperatures and my bedroom has no heater and it gets really cold in my room at night.

Hi...welcome to healthcare magic....you are having eustachiantube(ET)) dysfunction...your ET tube which connects middle ear to nasopharynx is blocked because of negative pressure in middle ear and you are having those symptoms...dont worry start with xylometazolinne decongestant nose drops with lot of steam inhalation..eat a lot of chewing gums....do valsalva (with pinched nostrils and closed mouth blow your cheeks)..you also start with systemic decongestants like tab sinarest (phenylepherine+chloral genera mine+paracetamol+caffeine)....avoid aair flights and underwater diving for sometime...u will b alright....
