Hi I have stuffy nose, and cough, my back aching and sometimes my skin feels hot but I feel cold shivery down back...sometimes when I cough I get a nasty taste in back throat and I bring up yellow thick glue like phlegm from nose and when cough is this bad??
HI, Welcome to healthcare magic. I had gone through your question. This could sinus infection. Nasty taste in back throat is due to postnasal drip of sinus secretions. Yellow thick glue like phlegm from nose also indicative of sinus infection. Nothing to worry, you will be fine. I recommend the following. 1) A course of antibiotics to treat infection. 2) Steam inhalation to promote sinus ventilation and improve sinus drainage. 3) An antihistaminic with mucolyticambroxol.
Hope i have answered your question. If you have any further questions, I am happy to help you.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
