I am a stutterer. I stutter when I am anxious enough. I have studied many books and have studied myself a lot.I can control it sometime when i am in an extreme anxiety but sometime I feel that it is driving me and I am bound to do what stuttering wants.How can I relax my mind when in such a situation? Stuttering is basically a behavioural problem and can be corrected by voice therapy and relaxation of mind to relieve the fear. Hence I advice you to consult a speech therapist for counselling and treatment of the problem. This can be corrected by and hence no need to worry as worrying will further increase this problem.
