the information is not complete. if it is central artery of retina is blocked then nothing can be done. this short of blind ness occurs suddenly. this is due to occlusion by thrombus. it can be venous occlusion any way fundus examination may be done. glaucoma cataract diabetes and hypertensive retinopathy is to be ruled out.
