Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden pinkiness on lips could be due to sudden increased rush due to build up of fluids and inflammation inside lip tissues. It could be severe allergic reaction as well. You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Apply petroleum jelly on lips with help of cotton. You should avoid smoke and drink plenty of liquids. Take antihistamine such as benadryl to prevent further inflammation. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Get swab test done as well to find out underlying systemic disease.
