Hi and welcome to HCM
If you have suffered a sunburn, your skin would appear reddish and inflammed, with burning. Once the redness subsides, the burnt skin would dry up and peel off, possibly leaving raw areas.
Severe deeper burns could lead to blisters forming in the skin due to fluid accumulation, which would burst n peel off. the dead skin would basically be shed off. In some cases, you may just have red spots, dry rough skin. Also watch for symptoms like fever, chills, headaches, dehydration etc
Make sure to keep hydrated, drink a lot of fluids. Keep the skin cool with cool compresses, cool washes. Do not peel off any skin. You will cause scarring.
apply soothing lotions with menthol or aloe vera and calamine 2-3 times a day. severe redness or irritation may require a light steroid cream application for 3-5 days. Do see a doctor if you develop any severe symptoms like fluid discharge, pus, large blisters, or fever and chills as mentioned. You may then need antibiotics.
Stay away from the sun.
Always remember to use sunscreen even for short durations outdoors. Your skin could be more prone to sun damage.
Consult a dermatologist for follow up in a few days.
Hope this helps.

Hello
I'm assuming you have a very red face and possibly some blistering
Application of cold, moist towels and aloe vera lotion are about all you can do for now, but you should have a doctor look at this since sometimes a secondary infection can occur
